I’m a small part of a great team.

mobi is a wireless provider operating out of Hawaiʻi, and despite our size, our scrappy bunch has accomplished a lot. Our app first activation flow is end-to-end supported on AWS from esim profile generation through to rich account management features via our cloud native WGTWO core (acquired by Cisco). It’s a simple statement to summarize it this way, but I assure you there is a lot of wiring under the hood; that is my job, as I see it though - to summarize and eliminate complexity.

I’ve been in product management (B2C) with MNO/MVNOs for the past 12 years and am completely obsessed with creating delightful app/web first onboarding flows, BSS/OSS solutions, and everything in between.

Before mobi, I worked on Ting, where we grew from zero to 290,000 subscribers (Dish has since acquired the base). There, I led our product team working on countless projects, but I am most proud of our byod activation flow, which accounted for 85% of our subscriptions. At Ting we acquired a few MVNOs, often with short notice, and some of the most exciting times for me were building the digital migration paths in a day or two - that’s fun right?
